Cowboy Kenny Coffee, LLC ("Cowboy Kenny™ Coffee" or "CKc") and SOLUDE™ Coffee (Luxe Coffee dba Solude™), today announced a strategic partnership designed to accelerate growth across commercial, institutional, retail and direct-to-consumer coffee markets.

The announcement represents the latest step in the rapid growth of the Cowboy Kenny™ Coffee brand and formalizes a relationship that has developed organically between CKc founder Ken Osborn and SOLUDE™ Coffee President David Martin.

As part of the expansion, Cowboy Kenny™ Coffee has officially moved its corporate headquarters to 28 Knight Street in Norwalk, Connecticut, placing CKc's business operations directly at the SOLUDE™ roasting and production facility. The move allows the teams to work alongside each other daily — from evaluating green coffee beans and developing roast profiles to tasting fresh roasts, refining products and working together on new consumer and commercial opportunities. For CKc, it means being immersed in the coffee-making process while bringing brand development, marketing and sales directly alongside SOLUDE™'s roasting, production and equipment expertise.

SOLUDE™ brings more than 12 years of coffee roasting, sourcing, production and commercial-service experience to the partnership. Its history includes commercial and institutional coffee programs involving organizations such as MIT and Roger Williams University, along with longstanding relationships in senior living and healthcare, including Mozaic Senior Life – as well as corporate customers.

The combined CKc/SOLUDE platform will pursue opportunities across senior living, healthcare, corporate offices, colleges and universities, hospitality, restaurants, cafés, retail and institutional food service.
